Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our delivery and returns policy.
We offer free delivery on orders which meet a minimum value depending on the delivery country:
- Belgium: order value of 300€ (excl. VAT)
- Netherlands: order value of 300€ (excl. VAT)
- Luxembourg: order value of 300€ (excl. VAT)
- France: order value of 300€ (excl. VAT)
- Germany: order value of 300€ (excl. VAT)
- Greece: order value of 600€ (excl. VAT)
- Portugal: order value of 600€ (excl. VAT)
Orders not meeting free delivery conditions are shipped for a fee (excl. VAT) which depends on the package weight and destination:
- Belgium: 6.50 € (0-10 kg); 12 € (10+ kg)
- Netherlands: 7 € (0-10 kg); 15 € (10+ kg)
- Luxembourg: 7 € (0-10 kg); 15 € (10+ kg)
- France: 8.50 € (0-10 kg); 20 € (10+ kg)
- Germany: 8.50 € (0-10 kg); 20 € (10+ kg)
- Greece: 25 € (0-10 kg); 40 € (10+ kg)
- Portugal: 25 € (0-10 kg); 40 € (10+ kg)
- Rest of EU: 25 € (0-10 kg); 40 € (10+ kg)
Orders are usually shipped within 24 working hours after the confirmation of the order. This may take longer in busy times and is not a warranty of shipment within 24h. Once the package is shipped, the delivery times depend on Kami Basics’ shipping partner.
Kami Basics delivers its products to Belgium and the rest of the EU. The normal delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (except any other indication on the website) in Belgium and 3 to 7 days internationally. Neither Kami Basics nor the transporter can be held responsible for the inability or delivery delay in case of unforeseen and fortuitous events, adverse weather conditions or inaccuracy of the delivery address. In case of non-respect, Kami Basics cannot be held to any compensation payment at all.
In case of delay, any damage, theft, etc. the customer can only pursue the transporter.
The customer is held responsible to verify the conditions of the packaging and the content at the time of delivery. In case of claims concerning a possible defect or any sign of deterioration (missing product, damaged packaging, broken product,…) the customer has to mention his observations accompanied by a picture, by email to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the following two days.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.Return process
To return an item, please email our customer service at email@example.com to schedule a delivery and inform about the return. After receiving a confirmation from our team, place the items securely in their original packaging with the packing slip received with your order, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid by Kami Basics if the products do not correspond to those ordered by the customer or if products arrive damaged to the customer. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, credit note or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
